The Regional Health Contracting Office – Atlantic (RHCO-A), intends to solicit, negotiate and award a firm fixed price sole sourced contract for Womack Army Medical Center, Ft Bragg, North Carolina to Provation MD. The requirement is for existing licensed software maintenance and technical support. The period of performance is for 1 November 2020 thru 31 October 2025. The Solicitation number is W91YTZ21Q0005. Provation Medical has proprietary intellectual property and owns the required intellectual property to operate this equipment and perform these services. This system is an Enterprise wide (Government Wide) system for automated endoscopy information management that provides legacy endoscopic procedures dating back to 2010. Provation will provide the Licensed Software that provides the following: (a) correct reported failures of the Licensed Software to substantially perform in conformance with the Documentation; (b) furnish, at no additional charge updates which Provation makes generally available to WAMC under maintenance without an additional fee (collectively, “Updates”); however, installation, implementation, and other services or out -of-pocket costs in connection with the Updates are not included in maintenance services; and (c) provide telephone support and/or remote access support per the Provation Customer Support Handbook. Provation's obligation described herein applies only to the current version of the Licensed Software and the immediate prior version. This is not a request for quote, and no telephonic request will be honored; the solicitation will be posted on Beta SAM within the next 10 to 15 days. The requirement will be using NAICS Code 511210. All offerors are cautioned that if selected for award, they must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM can be accessed via the internet at www.sam.gov/.
