This is a sources sought notice of the Government's intent to assess interested parties to facilitate a contract to further the development and enhancement of the United States Army Centralized Allergen Extract Laboratory's (USACAEL) web based Extract Lab Management System (ELMS). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside procurement. The enhancement of the ELMS will provide management and clinical administration tools, and reporting capabilities designed to improve the quality and efficiency of healthcare services for the allergy patient. In addition, this award will include technical project management, requirements analysis, design, development implementation and quality assurance necessary for the completion of all USACAEL project requirements and services. This acquisition will be solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541512 – Computer Systems Design Services with a size standard of $30,000,000. This notice is an urgent requirement for the United States Army Centralized Allergen Extract Laboratory (USACAEL) located at Fort Detrick's Forest Glen complex, situated in Silver Spring, MD, under the supervision and guidance of the Kimbrough Ambulatory Care Center at Fort Meade, MD. Parties interested in future announcements on this procurement shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above.
