SOURCES SOUGHT BLOOD PRODUCTS WINN ARMY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, FORT STEWART, GEORGIA The Regional Health Contracting Office-Atlantic, Gordon Health Contracting Branch, Fort Gordon, GA is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for a supply contract to provide Winn Army Community Hospital, Ft Stewart, GA with a base year, plus four (4) option year supply contract to furnish United States Federal Drug Administration (USFDA) approved blood and blood products to Winn Army Community Hospital Laboratory within 90 minutes of request on a 24 hour, seven (7) day a week availability. This contract includes all functions, tasks, and responsibilities normally inherent in a blood supply distribution facility. The contract period is from 01 October 2020 through 30 September 2025, including options. Any contract supply providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. This acquisition will be solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 621991 – Blood and Organ Banks with a size standard of $32.5M. If your organization has the capacity to provide these services for these supplies, please provide the following information: 1) organization name, address, email address, website address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization, 2) tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of supply and service capability and 3) proof of USFDA registration. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. Interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to provide the above-listed supplies are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought by 24 January 2020 no later than 12:30 PM EDT.
