The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic (RHCO-A), Gordon Health Contracting Branch (GHCB), Fort Gordon, Georgia 30905, intends to solicit, negotiate and award a Sole Source award for Surgical correction of intervertebral disc disease in a Military Working Dog to Columbia Veterinary Emergency Trauma and Specialty, Inc., dba CVETS, 1321 Oakcrest Drive, Columbia, South Carolina 29223. The resulting award will be made on SF 1449, for commercial services. The NAICS for this requirement is 541940. This is not a request for competitive proposals.
