All other terms and conditions remain the same. 5 Aug Amendment 3 THe purpose of this amendment is to revise the closing date from 7 Aug at 11:00 AM EST to 10 AUG 11:00 AM EST, and to revise the Statement of Work as per the attached Combined Synopsis. In addition, four (4) identical automated CBC analyzers to be placed in four (4) Health Clinics to include reagents, training, all upgrades and maintenance of equipment.
