Tank size is 3,000 gallons 2. TANK SIZE (RESERVE): What size (in Gallons) is the Reserve Tank? A. Reserve Tank Size is 525 gallons 3. DAILY USAGE: What is the average daily usage in inches (the gauges are measuring in inches) A. The approximately average daily usage is about 9 gallons 4. ANNUAL INSPECTION OF GFE TANK: What date/year was the last annual inspection on the GFE tanks (NFPA - annual requirement) A. The last annual inspection for both Tanks(main and reserve) was completed on May 5, 2020 5. SOW/PWS: Is there a SOW/PWS that defines what the allowable delivery days & deliver times applicable, COR POC for a site visit, etc? A. Per the SOW, oxygen will be delivered prior to 2pm on delivery days. No set delivery days allowed as delivery and refill of oxygen is required when the tank reaches it low level point of 50 inches. Telemetry system is connected to the tank and is used to send signal to the vendor when tank reaches its low level point. The contractor shall provide Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center (DDEAMC) all labor, supervision, transportation for delivery of medical-grade bulk oxygen to refill government owned oxygen tanks.
