The Equipment must contain the required features and technical specifications listed below: a. the system must provide and internal view of the gastroesophageal junction during endoscope and surgical procedures. b The system must provide real-time measurements of the pressure and dimensions in the esophagus and other sphincters. c. The system must be complementary to high-resolution manometry. d. The system must be compatible with multiple balloon catheter sizes. e. The system must have a 24" screen size. f. The system must provide topography esophageal structures. g. The system must provide means of data output for documentation in EMR. h. The system must come with own imaging software. i. The sysytem must be compatable with multiple catheter sizes. j. The system must provide controlled dilation of strictures without the need flouroscopy. k. The use of the system must provide controlled means of ballon dilation in a slow and methodical manner. l. The systemmust usde high-resolution impedance planimetry to measure luminal geometry and pressure during volume controlled distenison m. This system must not use fluoroscopy. 2.
