The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic (RHCO-A), Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310, intends to solicit, negotiate and award a Sole Source award to Staar Surgical Company, the only manufacturer of an FDA approved Toric ICL Lenses & Toric ICL Injectors, and being doctor preferred of other ICL Lenses and ICL injectors using other than full and open competition procedures to Staar Surgical Company, 1911 Walker Ave Monrovia, CA, 91016-4846. The resulting award will be made on SF 1449, for commercial services. The NAICS for this requirement is 339115. This is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.
