The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic (RHCO-A), Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310, intends to solicit, negotiate and award a Sole Source award to Alcon Vision, LLC, for sole source the only manufacturer of an FDA approved Trifocal IOL, PanOptix IOL, and being doctor preferred of other ALCON Lenses using other than full and open competition procedures to ALCON Laboratories, Inc., Fort Worth, TX 76134-2001. The resulting award will be made on SF 1449, for commercial services. The NAICS for this requirement is 339112. This is not a request for competitive proposals.
