This is a Sources Sought Notice and not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of qualified, potential contractors and their socioeconomic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 621512, Diagnostic Imaging Centers. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this Sources Sought Notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted. A response to this Sources Sought Notice is not an adequate reply to a potentially forthcoming solicitation. The Regional Health Contracting Office – Atlantic (RHCO-A) is attempting to identify qualified firms to provide Radiology Services specifically chest xray/interpretations for DoD civilians who work at Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL and are referred by the Occupational Health Clinic. The facility must be within 20 miles of Rock Island Arsenal. The RHCO-A may award a Blanket Purchase Agreement for Rock Island Arsenal Radiology Services. The work will consist of providing chest xrays and interpretations to include providing reports to Rock Island Arsenal Occupational Health Clinic for the following estimated usage: 130 chest xrays and interpretations for a three year period of performance. Firms that regularly provide chest xray/interpretation services and are located within 20 miles of Rock Island Arsenal are highly encouraged to respond. Please respond identifying the following: Location where the firm can supply services, and acknowledgement that the Radiology testing services possess all legally required license(s), certification (s) and accreditation (s) in accordance with Federal statutes and implementing regulations as well as those of the state in which the firm is located. Also, please respond with your socioeconomic status, i.e., 8(a), HubZone, SDVOSB, Small Business, or Other than Small Business, etc. This is not a solicitation and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. Additionally, a response to this Sources Sought Notice is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of any forthcoming solicitation.
