Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, North Carolina 28310, intends to award a sole source contract to SenCorpWhite for a one-time repair of the SenCorpWhite carousel system located at WAMC. SenCorpWhite is the manufacturer of the carousel system. Only SenCorpWhite technicians are authorized to repair or perform maintenance on the carousel system. Repairs include Lightree 4 replacement of the obsolete Lightree 2 pick devices and one Sortbar used in conjunction with 6 horizontal bottom drive carousels. 144” Sortbar and 6 displays and safety reset button. System uses one work station with software called magic. The CIC2 is a full form, fit and function replacement for the CIC currently installed at WAMC. The equipment is for a PLC/CIC2 for a 4 carousel Pod and a 2 carousel pod for a total of 6 carousels in 2 connected pods. Repairs must be completed within ten days after award of contract.
