Rd Wilmington, NC Products: Medtronic Divergence Lumbar Fusion System Clydesdale Lateral Interbody Fusion System Related Surgical Supplies The Medtronic Spine & Biologics products are proprietary technology. Medtronic Spine & Biologics holds exclusive product rights and licensing as a manufacturer and supplier. These surgery parts were chosen because in the surgeon’s opinion, it meets specific needs and requirement of the patient’s condition and will provide the desired surgical outcome. These are specific products that are requested by the surgeons. These products are considered all or none and in the best interest of the patient. No telephonic request will be honored or returned. This is not a request for quotes; however, if your company has information or products for future surgeries, please send your capabilities statement for review. All responses will be received no later than 11 April 2020 at 10:00 AM EST at Christine.g.whipkey.civ@mail.mil and donna.l.blossom.civ@mail.mil. Telephonic requests will not be responded to.
