Contractor shall provide unlimited access to the WebEOC (Emergency Operations Center) program along with any updates during the contracted year. Contractor will maintain WebEOC software application unto the Womack Army Medical Center computer system and grant access thru routing ensuring security and coordination with Information Management Division (IMD) designated computer and systems designation. Contractor will ensure the WebEOC program produces rapid and accurate information. It must be available for utilization 24hrs per day. See full solicitation attached.
