Mentor Worldwide, LLC 33 Technology Dr. Irvine, CA 92617-2346 Products: See Attached Product Listing Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) has a requirement to purchase saline filled breast implants, silicone gel implants and breast tissue expander surgical supplies for procedures scheduled from 14 February 2020 - 30 September 2020. These surgery parts were chosen because in the surgeon’s opinion, it meets specific needs and requirement of the patient’s condition and will provide the desired surgical outcome. These are specific products that are requested by the surgeons. These products are considered all or none and in the best interest of the patient. No telephonic request will be honored or returned. This is not a request for quotes; however, if your company has information or products for future surgeries, please send your capabilities statement for review.
