The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic (RHCO-A), Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310, intends to solicit, negotiate and award a Sole Source award to GE Healthcare Inc., for being the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) maintenance service provider, using other than full and open competition procedures to GE Healthcare, Inc., Kennesaw, GA 30144. The resulting award will be made on SF 1449, for commercial services. The NAICS for this requirement is 811219. This is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.
