The Regional Health Contracting Office-Atlantic (RHCO-A), Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310, intends to solicit, negotiate and award a Sole Soource award to ALCON Vision, LLC, for sole source only manufacturer of an FDA approved Trifocal IOL. This award is also doctor preffered of other ALCON Lenses using other than full and open competition procedures to ALCON Laboratories, Inc., Fort Worth TX 76134-2001. The resulting award will be made on SF 1449, for commercial services. The NAICS for this requirement is 339112. This is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.
