The Regional Health Contracting Activity-Atlantic, Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC intends to solicit, negotiate a Firm-Fixed Price, Sole Source procedures. This Purchase Order is a supply requirement for NuVasive spine supplies. The physician has determined that the NuVasive, Inc., surgical systems will produce the best outcomes for these particular patients. This vendor shall provide implants for Anterior and Posterior Cervical, Lumbar Procedures, Lateral Procedures, and TLIF. These systems include the XLIF, XLIF Corpectomy, Posterior Cervical Fusion, ACDF, MAS PLIF, MAS TLIF, ALIF, IGA and Posterior Fixation for the Operating Room/Surgery Department, Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The period of performance is 1 December 2019-31 January 2020.
