SOURCES SOUGHT - Chemistry Testing for Moncrief Army Health Clinic The United States Army Health Contracting Activity (USACHA) Medical Readiness Contracting Office-East (MRCO-E) is issuing this source sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement to provide two analyzers/equipment, reagents, calibration/control material, disposables, accessories, on-site training for primary operators, and technical support services on a cost per reportable reagent agreement contract. The intention is to procure these supplies on a competitive basis BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES (IN FULL OR IN PART) OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. All Small Business Set-Aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. The estimated period of performance consists of a base year plus 4 ordering periods with performance commencing in November 2024. Specifics regarding the number of option periods will be provided in the solicitation. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 325413 “In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing” with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,250 employees. The Product Service Code is 6550 In Vitro Diagnostic Substances, Reagents, Test Kits and Sets. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their capabilities statement. The contract type is anticipated to be Firm Fixed Price. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE The contractor is responsible for equipment and services at the main facility at Moncrief Army Health Clinic (MAHC) Laboratory, Fort Jackson, SC.
