The Contractor shall provide Martin Army Community Hospital with Annual Support and Maintenance for the STERRAD 100NX. Serial number: 1043140269, ECN: 031846 and Serial number: 1043140317, ECN: 031847. Preventive Maintenance Services and Repairs are required to ensure that optimum operations and efficiency of this equipment is maintained and that proper functioning of the equipment conforms to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Model 100NX 1-DR, standard specifications. Annual Support and Maintenance for the STERRAD 100NX. Serial number: 1043140269, ECN: 031846 and Serial number: 1043140317, ECN: 031847s shall be in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. This acquisition is unrestricted. The services will be located at the Martin Army Health Center, Fort Benning, Georgia. This will be a firm-fixed priced contract with a base year and four option years. Offerors will have 30 days from the release date of the solicitation to submit proposals.
