This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W91YTZ-21-Q-0077 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-02, Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement Publication DPN 20201130 and Class Deviation 2021-O0002, current as of 6 Jan 2021. Please provide a quote for the line items listed below for a base year plus four (4) option years contract. Pick-up, refill, and delivery of various medical grade gases as listed below to include cylinder rental fee, delivery fee and hazmat fee. Deliveries will include scheduled and emergency deliveries as needed. All cylinders delivered by the contractor shall be clean, free of rust, oil, grease and all foreign matter. Rust, scale, caked paint and all remnants of adhesive labels, decals and tags shall be removed.
