All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.***** The Regional Contracting Office Guantanamo Bay (RCO-GTMO), 410th Contracting Support Brigade, is seeking to obtain support from a contractor to provide Guard Shack Buildings. The Contractor shall provide services for all labor, transportation, equipment and materials necessary to perform this requirement in accordance with the Product Description (PD) or Salient Characteristics Document (Attachment 1). The Contractor shall provide Guard Shack Buildings at the location specified in the Barge Shipping Instructions document of the this combined synopsis/solicitation. See attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and attachments for all details and requirements This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quote (RFQ). This acquisition will be processed under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332311, with a small business size standard of 750 (in number of employees). This combined synopsis/solicitation is full and open competition, and incorporates FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal, for Steel and Aluminu, Guard Shack Buildings as defined herein. The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation, which will include the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. Therefore, the offeror's initial offer should contain the offeror's best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary.
