The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Guantanamo Bay, Cuba is issuing this sources sought. The sources sought is being issued as a means of conducting market research to identify responsible offeror capabilities and interest to support an upcoming requirement for freedom of information act (FOIA) services. The scope of the FOIA support is currently estimated at two (2) full time equivalents for an initial 12 month period with an option for an additional six month period. All work is to be performed at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and the period of performance is estimated to begin approximately 30 November 2023.
