This is a Request for Quote for commercial services, as supplemented by the attached Standard Form (SF) 1449. B. The Government has a requirement for lodging, on-site meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, audio/visual equipment, conference facilities, and two reserved parking spaces from 10-19 June 2021 for approximately 165 participants. The requested service is to be performed at a commercial hotel located within about eight (8) miles of the SOUTHCOM Headquarters in Miami, FL. in support of PANAMAX 21 - Planning in Crisis in accordance with the attached SF 1449 and Performance Work Statement (PWS).
