This requirement supports the execution of USSOUTHCOM’s PANAMAX 2021 exercise. The request is for lodging, on-site meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, audio/visual equipment, conference facilities, and two reserved parking spaces from 8-21 November 2020 for approximately 97 guests requiring lodging accomodations (165 total participants). The requested service is to be performed at a commercial hotel located in vicinity of the SOUTHCOM Headquarters in Doral, FL. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement (ii) price (iii) past performance (iv) distance from the location of USSOUTHCOM HQ ***The contractor shall perform to the standards specified in the attached performance work statement.*** ***Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.***
