Attached is the Statement of Work (SOW) for this project. Vendors are asked to please provide a firm fixed price quote -- this quote must be in English, in Euros, and must be exclusive of tax (ohne MWST). Vendors should provide a total price for the entire effort as described in the SOW. Award will be made to the offeror who provides the best value (price) to the Government. Vendors must be actively registered in System of Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award. This is expected to be under the Micro-Purchase Threshold ($10,000 as of Class Deviation 2018-O0018).
