This is a presolicitation notice / synopsis of an upcoming solicitation for Information Technology (IT) and Electronic Security System (ESS) installation. This renovation is for AFRICOM Building 3310, located at Kelley Barracks in Stuttgart, Germany. Due to the overseas nature of this requirement, this will not be set-aside. This requirement will be competed full and open through FBO.gov. The solicitation will be posted in early July 2019. The objective of this project is to upgrade Building 3310 with Active Infrastructure (AI), Passive Infrastructure (PI), Automated Information System (AIS), AV System and ESS upgrades. The Contractor shall accomplish a turn-key, fully functional, and tested IT / AV/ AIS / ESS installation. Contractors will need to have the right to work in Germany for the duration of this contract. Contractors must also provide personnel with a SECRET clearance. The Government will not be sponsoring clearances, work visas, SOFA status, or TESA. Anticipated period of performance for this requirement is 12 months after date of contract award.
