This is a non-personal services contract for refurbishment upgrades to existing exterior signage and new base-wide signage at the 183d Wing in Springfield, Illinois. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, materials, and supervision to perform the work. A site visit is scheduled for 11 August 2026 at 13:00. The requirement is anticipated to be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. No budget amount is specified in this description.
