The Contractor shall prepare all meals in a commercial style kitchen that meets IL Department of Public Health requirements for commercial food preparation. The Contractor shall include with bid, the address of the kitchen for preparing meals, as well as IL Food Handler's certificate or equivalent certification/licensing demonstrating the ability to prepare/sell food in Illinois legally; and shall adhere to Federal, State, and local food safety regulations at all times during food preparation, transportation, delivery, and setup.
