The Illinois Army National Guard’s Control CBRN Response Element Bravo (C2CRE-B) team provides defense support to civil authorities. The C2CRE-B is required to acquire the necessary equipment to meet mission specific training requirements for federal validation exercises. The C2CRE-B requires the procurement of breakfast and dinner meal throughout the exercise. 2. SCOPE: The contractor shall provide all materials necessary to meet the required specifications defined in this statement of work (SOW). The IL ARNG C2CRE-B requires breakfast and dinner during this training exercise. 3. DELIVERY LOCATION AND DELIVERY DATE. Food shall be delivered to Camp Blanding, Starke, FL 32091 between the dates of 28 JAN 20 and 4 FEB 20.The exact location on Camp Blanding will be selected after award of contract. 4.
