The purpose of this sources sought is to determine if there are vendors capable of providing employee assistance program for the Illinois Army National Guard in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The requirement shall be for a one year period of 12-months with four option years. The service shall consist of 24/7 hotline, counseling sessions, and referrals to service providers within the state of Illinois. Please see attached draft PWS for more specifications.
