Quotation submittal and inquiries: See the attached SF1449 for instructions on response, format, content, and evaluation under Federal Acquistion Regulation (FAR) Part 13 for acquisition through Contract Opportunity (beta.sam.gov) portal as an Other Than Full and Open Competition (Brand Name Specific). This solicitation will be solicited as a small business set aside. Upon closing, the offers will be evaluated using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. Quotations shall be submitted prior to the closing date and time of 22 July 2020 by 02:00 PM CST. In the event that the FBO portal is down or an offeror cannot post their quotes, send an email with the quotation to the following contract specialist: Thuy Duong Le at thuyduong.t.le.civ@mail.mil and SFC Donald Piper at donald.g.piper6.mil@mail.mil. All questions are due by 20 July 2020 by 02:30 PM CST. The Government is not obligated to anwer questions. General instructions: The submission of the documentation specified in the SF1449 will constitute the offeror's acceptance of the terms and conditions of the SOW in the RFQ. Questions shall be posted by the due date listed above. It is the Government's intention to award without discussions. The Government reserves the right to hold discussions.
