This solicitation will be solicited as a small business set aside. Upon closing, the offers will be evaluated using Lowest Price Technically Accpetable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. Quotations shall be submitted prior to the closing date and time of 19 September 2019 03:30 PM CST. Further details are provided in the attached draft performance work statement. A response is preferred letting us know that the services included in the PWS is something your company can successfully provide. Include a capability statement, past performance (if available), and estimated pricing. It is encourage to ask questions and provide any feedback that may help improve the PWS. We intend on posting the solicitation shortly after the RFI closes if it is determined that this service is commercially available in the marketplace.
