Upon the closing, the vendor's quotes will be evaluated upon Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. Quotes shall be submitted prior to the closing date and time of 7 June 2019 10:00 AM CST. All questions are due by 5 June 2019 by 9:00 AM CST. The government is not obligated to answer questions. General Instructions The submission of the documentation specified in the SF1449 will constitute the offeror's acceptance of the terms and conditions of the SOW in the RFQ. Questions should be posed by the due date listed above. It is the Government's intention to award without discussions. The Government reserves the right to hold discussions.
