Sources Sought – Venue, Catering, & AV for 28 April 2019 Event. This announcement serves as notice to all potential offerors that the Illinois Army National Guard, USPFO, Contracting Office, 1301 N. MacArthur Blvd, Springfield, IL 62702 (ILARNG) anticipates the release of a formal Request for Quotes (RFQ) under solicitation number W91SMC-19-Q-0003 for Venue, A/V rental, and Catering for a Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) to be conducted 28 April 2019 within 50 miles of Chicago. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to determine: Market Research for the requirement If there are small businesses capable of fulfilling the requirement The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the requirement is as follows: 721110 – Hotels ILARNG is advertising its intent to post the RFQ on or around 1 March 2019 under FAR Part 13 procedures. The formal announcement of the RFQ will provide all applicable documents for this requirement. The attached DRAFT SOW is not the final SOW for the requirement.. NOTE: All prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for contract award.
