This requirement seeks to replace two 10-ton packaged air conditioning units that provide mission-critical cooling for a Naval communications facility. The work will be performed at the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station/Regional Hub Node Guam X-Band Terminal. A site visit is scheduled for 22 July 2026 at 0900 ChST.
