This is a Request for Quote for local voice and data circuits at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. The performance period includes an installation/cut-over phase and a base year. Quotations will only be accepted from facilities-based local exchange carriers certified by the State of New Mexico. The contract will be awarded on a firm-fixed-price, all-or-none basis, and offerors must agree to hold prices firm for 90 days.
