This is a Request for Quote for local voice and data circuits at the Blue Grass Army Depot in Kentucky. The performance period includes an installation/cut-over phase and a base year. Quotations are only accepted from facilities-based local exchange carriers certified by the State of Kentucky. The contract will be awarded on a firm-fixed-price, all-or-none basis, evaluated on price, technical capability, and past performance. Offerors must hold their prices firm for 90 days.
