This is a Request for Quote for local voice and data circuits at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. The performance period includes a base year and four one-year option periods. The requirement is for all circuits listed in the Statement of Work, and quotes will only be accepted from facilities-based carriers certified by the State of Washington. The technical solution must allow the US Army to designate DISA's mandatory long-distance provider, and SIP or IP solutions cannot be accepted for this requirement.
