This is a Request for Quote for local voice and data circuits at Fort Carson, Colorado. The performance period includes an installation/cut-over phase and a base year. The contract will be a firm-fixed price award evaluated on price, technical capability, and past performance. Quotations are only accepted from facilities-based local exchange carriers certified by the State of Colorado, and offers must be for all circuits in the Statement of Work on an all-or-none basis. Offerors must hold their prices firm for 90 days from the specified receipt date.
