W91RUS24R0001-0003 and W91RUS24R0001-0004 WERE NEVER ISSUED. This is an unrestricted solicitation using the competitive procedures described in FAR Part 15 to procure the 160th Theater Signal Brigade Staff Support requirements for qualified personnel to execute the full range of staff support services described in this RFP to include, administrative support, operations support, information systems engineering support, and logistics support for the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM), 160th Theater Signal Brigade, and its subordinate commands, 25th and 54th Strategic Signal Battalions. The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, administration, deliverables, reporting, housing, leased vehicles, travel, training, and equipment required to perform the Brigade and Battalion staff support services. Primary places of performance are Kuwait and Qatar, with the possibility of expansion into other locations within Southwest Asia or Central Asia.
