Provide a down-sizing, Modular UPS Revitalization Service (MPRS), on two (2) Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), APC Model Symmetra MW 1000kVA UPS with External Bypass Static Switches. The UPS systems to be revitalized are configured as a fully redundant systems, each with a Sync Panel and Remote Annunciator Status Panel (RASP). The two UPSs are currently configured as 400kVA (1+n; total module capacity 600kVA). The end configuration will be UPS-A and B configured as 200kVA (1+n; total module capacity 400kVA). All services shall be performed on site at an operational telecommunications facility at Fort Detrick, Maryland. The telecommunications facility operates 24 hours per day 365 days per year including all federal holidays. In the event of an APC equipment failure the Contractor shall dispatch a service technician to site to repair the failure. Preventive Maintenance (PM) for APC systems shall be scheduled and performed on site by a service technician. Also remove 288 past expected service life, 16-volt front terminal batteries and replace them with 96 new 16-volt front terminal batteries. The contract will include one year of full coverage warranty for the parts replaced.
