The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC) Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) Huachuca Division, in support of the Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) is conducting this Request for Information (RFI) seeking industry feedback with regard to the technical requirements of the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government is currently in the planning phase to compete the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for Information Management Communications Services (IMCS) IV. This RFI seeks to identify potential sources to provide the full spectrum of Army Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) services delivery for Network Enterprise Centers (NECs) throughout the continental United States (CONUS) and Puerto Rico.
