The Army contracting Command-Aberdenn Proving Ground(ACC-APG) Huachucha Division issues this solicitation to procure a "Brand Name Item" in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(b)(1) for NetPlus software products. This is acquisition is to provide support for the transition from a Stand-Alone CAIRS Unified Communications Managment(UCM) system at Fort Gordon, GA to the NetPlus Based Telecom Management Solution(TMS) hosted at Fort Drum, NY. See Attached PWS and Solicitation for more details. A sources sought was sent out on 29 April 2019 for information and planning purposes only. At least 2 small businesses responded that they could meet this requirement. 2. The intended contract type for this requirement is a Firm Fixed Price contract. It is anticipated that this requirement is for supply to include one(1) year support. The anticipated NAICS code is 517311 and the size standard is $1,500 employees. 3.
