Introduction and Background The application of data science and analytics to a broad range of mission areas has become a necessity as the volume, variety, and velocity of data expands in every domain. In order to properly account for these data challenges facing NETCOM, the Data Science Directorate was created. DSD will conduct state-of-the-art, large-volume, near real-time data science that is required to support forecasting and informed decision making. The scope and magnitude of data that NETCOM will protect, process and analyze in the future will require a skill set that has been traditionally supported by on-hand staff as additional duties. DSD is a new directorate and requires dedicated space within the NETCOM HQs to conduct its mission. DSD has been allocated space within Greely Hall in the Old Department of the Army Photo Lab (ODAPL). The ODAPL is a space of ~2650ft2 dispersed through six different rooms. The previous furniture and office equipment was repurposed and redistributed leaving an empty room. In order for DSD to occupy the space, furniture will need to be purchased that will support an entire office. 2.0. Scope The contractor shall provide, office furniture and required office equipment for a 23xPerson workforce, with an additional 3xWorkstations to function as swing space for when off site DSD personnel travel to Fort Huachuca. Room 1611 is located on the ground floor of Greely hall in the southern wing of the building. 2.1. Facility Description 2.1.1. The facility is comprised of six individual rooms; two private offices, one hallway, one conference room, and two large open work areas, as seen in the Urban_DA Photo Lab_quads_v3 attachment. The facility is laid out in order to provide individual and collaborative spaces for the different teams internal to DSD. 2.1.1.1. Room 1 is a private office, designated for the DSD Deputy and will be required to have a professional look and feel for conducting business with customers and provide storage solutions for the office. 2.1.1.2. Room 2 is a private office, designated for the DSD Director and will be required to have a professional look and feel for conducting business with customers and provide storage solutions for the office. 2.1.1.3. Room 3 is a hallway with space for printers and admin supplies and will be required to have storage solutions for general office supplies. 2.1.1.4. Room 4 is the conference room. This room will be required to have a conference table(s) additionally it will require a small workstation where computer and AV equipment will be placed. 2.1.1.5. Room 5 is an open workspace for 12xWorkers. The space will be comprised of the same type of Adjustable Height L-Desk (with Left or Right returns) configured into 3xsingle, 1xdouble, 1xtriple and 1xquad collaborative spaces with small collaboration table for a total of 12xworkstations. 2.1.1.6. Room 6 is an open workspace for 9xWorkers and 3xSwing Space workstations. The space will be comprised of the same type of Adjustable Height L-Desk (with Left or Right returns) configured into 1xsingle, and 2xquad collaborative spaces for a total of 9xworkstations. Additionally, this room will have an additional 3xSmaller Desks to provide swing space. The room will have a grand total of 12xworkstations. 2.2. Contractor Expectations 2.2.1. The contractor will conduct a visit to the room to ensure all dimensions are accounted for and will provide architectural plans for DSD to review and provide input to ensure the space meets expected needs. DSD is open to the contractor proposing a different design as long as a total minimum of 23xworkstations, 3xswing-workstations, 2xprivate offices, and 1xconference room is provided. DSD intends to organize in multifunctional teams that will require collaborative spaces, the contractor design will maximize collaborative spaces. The contractor will ensure that once a design is approved, all materials will be shipped, constructed, installed, and dunnage removed to ensure a functioning space. 3.0. Requirements The facility will require office space for a total of 23 regular personnel conducting individual and team base data analytics projects across a global enterprise and swing space for 3 other visiting or additional personnel. The design should include aspects that will allow for personnel to work with some level of privacy but also allow for easy collaboration with multiple other personnel. The design will need to account for two private offices for leadership, and a dedicated conference room. All furniture is from the National Business Furniture Series - Urban Collection and is to have the "Concrete" finish. 3.1. Furniture and Accessories 3.1.1. The private office furniture will consist of 2 x Urban L-Desk with Storage Sets. 3.1.2. The general office workstations will consist of 12 x Adjustable Height L-Desk with LEFT Return - 72"W. 3.1.3. The general office workstations will consist of 9 x Adjustable Height L-Desk with RIGHT Return - 72"W. 3.1.4. The swing space general office workstations will consist of 4 x Urban Compact Desk. 3.1.5. A total of 8 x Urban Square Conference Table Set will be required. 3.1.6. A total of 40 x Ergonomic office chairs will be required. 3.1.7. A total of 21 x additional chairs will be required. 3.1.8. A total of 6 x 8' x 4' Magnetic Whiteboard will be required. 3.1.9. A total of 25 x Urban 18"W Two Drawer Mobile File Pedestal with Cushion Top will be required. 3.1.10. A total of 24 x 28 Quart plastic Wastebaskets will be required. 3.1.11. A total of 1 x Coat Rack with Hangers 3' wide will be required. 3.1.12. A total of 1x Refrigerator will be required. 3.1.13. A total of 27 x Dynamic Dual Monitor Desk Mounts will be required. 3.1.14. A total of 5 x Four Shelf Storage Racks will be required. 3.1.15. A total of 2 x Heavy Duty Micro Cut 30 Gallon Paper Shredder (Level 5) will be required to shred Unclassified and Classified materials. 3.1.16. A total of 42 x Urban 30"W Dry Erase Board Privacy Screen will be required. 3.1.17. A total of 21 x Urban 70"W Dry Erase Board Privacy Screen will be required. 3.1.18. A total of 1 x Urban Storage Credenzas will be required. 3.1.19. A total of 2 x Urban Two Drawer Lateral File with Bookcase Hutches will be required. 3.1.20. The shipping, transportation from the Greely Hall loading dock to build location, construction, and desired emplacement, installation of furniture and equipment, and dunnage haul-off will be the responsibility of the contracted entity. 3.2.
