This is just a brief description please see solicitation for complete requirement. This purpose of this contract is to provide on call, preventive, and demand maintenance support for four (4) Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) configured into two (2) fully redundant systems, two Static Bypass Switches, and two (2) Battery Monitoring Systems. All services shall be performed on site at an operational telecommunications facility at Fort Detrick, Maryland. The telecommunications facility operates 24 hours per day 365 days per year including all federal holidays. In the event of an equipment failure the Contractor shall dispatch a service technician to site to repair the failure. Preventive Maintenance (PM) shall be scheduled and performed on site by a service technician. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the Contractor's service providers performing the services specified herein.
