Salient for Fort Detrick NEC Tape Library System Support and Maintenance The Fort Detrick NEC has an IBM TS3500 Tape Library, 12 IBM LTO-4 Tape Drives, and associated tape library components, hereafter collectively referred to as the Fort Detrick NEC Tape Library System. The Fort Detrick NEC has a requirement to renew the annual maintenance contract on the Fort Detrick NEC Tape Library System. Annual maintenance contract to include maintenance services such as onsite diagnostics and onsite repair of IBM components under the maintenance contract with factory components, routine/regular and preventative maintenance of firmware and drivers, and IBM engineering support/IBM subject matter expertise of the Fort Detrick NEC Tape Library System. Requirement shall include a toll free 7x24x365 telephone number and Next Business Day (NBD) response time for onsite diagnostics, onsite repair, and onsite maintenance of the Fort Detrick NEC Tape Library System. Responding technicians must have a proper clearance in the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) to enter the Fort Detrick NEC Data Center where the Fort Detrick NEC Tape Library System is physically located.
