Proposals that do not include the necessary information may be deemed incomplete bids and not eligible for further review. Questions on the Solicitation are due by 23 July 2019. Questions submitted up to the 23rd of July will be answered on FBO as a majority are compiled. Answers will be, per the Solicitation, answered NLT 25 July 2019. This is not a solicitation for anything other than what is being requested. All requests for additional communication will not be granted.
