Army Contracting Command-APG on behalf of Fort Detrick, Maryland 21702, is soliciting to purchase One (1) All Terrain Vehicle as stated in the Solicitation. This Solicitation is being set aside 100% for small business. The DELIVERY LOCATION is: 450 Harbaugh Valley Road, Fairfield PA 17320. All small business bidders must complete the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS with their proposals and email them to the Government Point of Contact listed by closing (10am AZ time on 10 May 2019). Proposals must list all prices on (page 4 of 33) and show a total of them for BOX 26 on their offer for them to be valid. All questions must be sent to craig.a.metzger4.civ@mail.mil by Close of Business 03 May 2019 Arizona Time. **************************************************************** This Solicitation will be revised with any additional changes at the request of the customer. Notice and details will be provided with any Amendments. **************************************************************** Amendment#1: Delivery Point revised as stated in the FBO Notice. CUSTOMER NOTE#1 (04.30.2019): Ted Rogers is an Alternate POC for Delivery. The Main POC is Mr. Wilson. Contact information will be provided at time of award. For purposes of delivery please use the following (ATTN:WHS-RRMC PBO (Mr. Malcolm Wilson)). CUSTOMER NOTE#2 (04.30.2019): The ATV must be able to be driven off whatever vehicle is used on it's own power. Delivery Point is outside gate. POC listed in award will need to be contacted on when to pick up item. The driver must give the POC any changes to delivery (late, no show, etc) as soon as possible. CUSTOMER NOTE#3 (04.30.2019): The proposal must include all items, especially the horn due to safety requirements on base.
