The government intends to procure hotel and conference services on a competitive, full-and-open basis to support the Indo-Pacific Armies Chiefs Conference (IPACC), Indo-Pacific Armies Management Seminar (IPAMS), and Senior Enlisted Forum (SELF) in Singapore, Singapore, with performance from 29 June to 11 July 2027. The contractor would analyze, plan, host, lodge, and feed up to 200 delegates for a multi-day international conference, including ballroom and meeting venues, private meeting rooms, buffet dining, tea-break areas, operations and first-aid rooms, dedicated WiFi, luxury bus access, and waiting areas. Interested vendors must have an active SAM registration and demonstrate the capability to perform in Singapore.
