This is a pre-solicitation notice for multiple Base Life Support Service (BLS) and Transportation contract actions in Thailand for FY26-FY27. Performance for the first contract action is templated to start as early as 27 July 2026. Services include portable latrines, showers, water tanks, laundry, ice, power generation, tentage, and waste removal across various training locations in Thailand. There is no set-aside as performance is outside the U.S. and its outlying areas. Interested parties should contact the listed points of contact to become a BPA holder.
